Wish Upon A Star Gala
The Village “Wish Upon a Star” Charity Gala was a huge success on Saturday, November 9th, 2013. The gala, which took place at The Junior League of Houston raised hundreds of thousands of dollars thanks to the amazing sponsors and our community members.
Planet Ford in Humble was proud to be a sponsor of the gala. The event featured the “Grady Gaines & the Texas Upsetters” band. The Village has helped over hundreds individuals with developmental disabilities and was able to do so thanks to past gala attendance and support.
This year, The Village honored Curtis and Kim Maxey. They are long-time supporters of The Village, as well as the local community. During the Gala, The Village also inducting Joe and Cathy Cleary into the Founder’s Circle. As past Gala Honorees, The Village is recognizing them for all their amazing support for the past 13 years.
