Planet Ford in Humble is among an elite group of Ford dealerships to be recognized with the Triple Crown Award and President’s Award by Ford Motor Company. This is the second consecutive year that Planet Ford has received this recognition.
These prestigious awards honor dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The coveted Triple Crown is achieved by only one percent of dealerships nationwide and consists of the President’s Award for customer satisfaction, the Ford Top 100 for sales and the ESP Premier Club award for customer service.

In addition to winning the Triple Crown, the Ford Top 100 for Sales and the President’s Award, Randall Reed’s Planet Ford is also a member of the Premier Club and has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau. The President’s Award was established in 1998. Dealers become eligible through survey responses from customers related to their sales and service satisfaction.
