The Observer Features Planet Ford for Helping Local Kids

Screen Shot 2014-12-19 at 8.38.00 AMRandall Reed’s Planet Ford in Humble and River Pines Elementary made headlines in the Kingwood edition of The Observer for surprising the students with 1,000 jackets. Randall and Sherry Reed, owners and Chuck Kramer, OP/GM of Planet Ford in Humble believe in giving back to our community and to our wonderful kids.

The best part was having the River Pines Elementary students show up at the dealership to lift their voice in unison to say thank you to Planet Ford. “It is so touching,” said Mr. Kramer. “These students and staff made our day. The real thanks was the look on their faces as we handed out the jackets.” Click here to hear one of the staff members share her song with us at Planet Ford.

The dealership also sponsored a special lunch for the elementary staff. “We are are so thankful for all these educators do,” said Mr. Reed. “We wanted to thank them, and our family and team wanted to make sure these children have the basics they need.”
