The coveted Triple Crown is achieved by only one percent of dealerships nationwide and a dealership must also win the President’s Award for customer satisfaction and the Ford Top 100 for sales to qualify.

The President’s Award was established in 1998. Dealers become eligible through survey responses from customers related to their sales and service satisfaction.
