We kicked off today’s celebration with a luncheon with awards and recognition. Ford Motor Company execs, including Larry Gach, Regional Sales Manager, were on hand to hand out awards, as well as members of the community.
During the past quarter of a century, Planet Ford in Humble, Texas has achieved a historic Ford first. It is part of the first independent dealer group to win the highly coveted Triple Crown at every World Class Automotive dealership in the same year. Award-winning service is nothing new thanks to the wonderful Planet Ford customers and team members. The Ford dealership on Hwy. 59 has earned Ford’s Triple Crown, President’s Award, Partners in Quality, Top One Hundred Club and Premier Club for six consecutive years. Planet Ford also received a special commemorative 25-year plaque.
The entire Planet Ford staff was in attendance for the festivities, which included door and raffle prizes and a dessert contest that saw a Reeses Cheesecake take first place.
Later in the day, we switched gears to the Boots for Troops packing party! We built care packages for our troops that contained items like beef jerky, trail mix, baby wipes, personal hygiene products and a lot more. It’s always a great time helping out Boots for Troops.
Boots For Troops is a non-profit organization aiming to uplift and empower the overall morale and mental well-being of deployed and active duty United States service members.
