For the seventh year in a row, the Houston-area dealership is the recipient of multiple prestigious awards for outstanding service and sales, including seven back-to-back Ford Triple Crown and President’s Awards. This year, Randall Reed is the only independent dealer to have three of his Ford dealerships recognized of a total of 32, which were chosen from the 3,208 dealerships across the nation. Last year, Ford recognized Mr. Reed for the historic and unprecedented honor of being the first independent Ford dealer to earn the Triple Crown award at every single location within the same year. These awards distinguish the top-dealerships that have excelled in providing an exceptional customer service experience in the automotive retail industry. The Triple Crown is garnered by a small percentage of dealerships nationwide. They must first qualify by winning the President’s Award for customer satisfaction, the Ford Top 100 and the ESP Premier Club award for customer service.
