Planet Ford in Humble Celebrates Triple Crown, President’s Award

Today, the Planet Ford in Humble family celebrated receiving numerous awards during a luncheon with the entire staff and Ford team.  Planet Ford in Humble is among an elite group of Ford dealerships to be recognized with the Triple Crown Award and President’s Award by Ford Motor Company. This is the second consecutive year that Planet Ford has received this recognition.

These prestigious awards honor dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The coveted Triple Crown is achieved by only one percent of dealerships nationwide and consists of the President’s Award for customer satisfaction, the Ford Top 100 for sales and the ESP Premier Club award for customer service.

In addition to winning the Triple Crown, the Ford Top 100 for Sales and the President’s Award, Randall Reed’s Planet Ford is also a member of the Premier Club and has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau. In order to achieve the President’s Award, dealers must exceed customer expectations in every department.  “The pursuit of excellence requires passion, tenacity and hard work,” said Chuck Kramer, General Manager/Operating Partner. “We have an amazing team that puts forth all three every day to better serve our customers.”

These prestigious awards salute top-performing Ford dealerships, including Planet Ford, that embrace these philosophies and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction – in both sales and service.
