For the fifth year in a row, the Houston-area dealership is the recipient of multiple prestigious awards for outstanding service and sales, including back-to-back Ford Triple Crown and President’s Awards. The Planet Ford team is among a select and elite group of Ford dealerships to receive these prestigious recognitions by Ford Motor Company.
The highly coveted honors distinguish the top-dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The Triple Crown is garnered by only one percent of dealerships nationwide that must qualify by first winning the President’s Award for customer satisfaction, the Ford Top 100 and the ESP Premier Club award for customer service.
