For the fourth year in a row, the Houston-area dealership is the recipient of multiple prestigious awards for outstanding customer service and sales, including back-to-back Ford Triple Crown and President’s Award honors.
The Planet Ford team (serving greater Houston, Kingwood, Atascocita, Conroe areas) is among a select and elite group of Ford dealerships to be recognized with these prestigious awards by Ford Motor Company.
The highly coveted awards recognize the top-dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The Triple Crown is garnered by only one percent of dealerships nationwide that must qualify by first winning the President’s Award for customer satisfaction, the Ford Top 100 and the ESP Premier Club award for customer service.
